Canadian Medical's clients have access to superior healthcare services such as extensive prevention programs, vaccinations, health consultations and a client area on the myCANADIAN mobile app. The latter is also a pioneer in telemedicine (remote medical care). A practical example is the possibility of consulting a doctor remotely via the Doctor Online 24/7 service, from anywhere, anytime, twenty-four hours a day, either by chat or video call directly within the app. Over a hundred thousand patients have already used this feature since its launch in 2020.
"The myCANADIAN app is very popular with users because of its clarity and wide range of practical features, such as the ability to make an appointment directly with doctor or specialist. Patients can also choose the clinic, the type of examination and the exact date themselves," Havliš explains, adding: "Another advantage is that users can renew prescriptions or review their medical records." New features of the app include exporting medical records, allowing patients to download previews of published medical reports or lab results.
The myCANADIAN app was a success not only with users but also with the expert jury, winning third place in the Mobile App category in the Internet Effectiveness Awards 2022. The jury appreciated both its design and functionality, which greatly simplifies the booking of appointments, access to medical documentation or the possibility of online communication with doctors.
