Changes to Canadian Medical Terms and Conditions for individual clients

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about an update to the Terms and Conditions that form part of your contract with Canadian Medical s.r.o.

The updated Terms and Conditions have been revised to improve clarity and provide more precise wording in certain provisions, particularly in defining which services are not included in our care programmes.

The updated Terms and Conditions also include changes to the scope of services provided. We have added new items to the Other Services section, and clients enrolled in the Gold and Platinum programmes now have access to a dedicated VIP client hotline.

These changes do not negatively affect the scope or quality of the services we provide, nor do they affect any rights arising from the contract between you and Canadian Medical.
