Survey results: Clients praise us and recommend us to their close ones

At Canadian Medical, we have long been certain of which indicator is the most important for us. It is the satisfaction of you, our clients.
For several years, the independent agency NMS Market Research has regularly asked our clients about their satisfaction with the course of their visits to our clinics (CSI) and whether they would recommend our services to their friends and family (NPS).
Eighty-eight percent of clients are absolutely satisfied with our services and gave us a score of nine or ten out of ten.
We are just as pleased with Canadian Medical’s NPS (i.e. the rate at which clients recommend our services to their friends and loved ones based on their own experience). Last year, we were evaluated by more than 5,100 clients and, with an NPS rating of +82, we proudly rank among the top-rated companies in the world.
We would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and other staff members who work to ensure that our clients are satisfied with us, because visiting the doctor really does not have to be an unpleasant experience.
Our clients’ feedback in the survey is valuable to us, because it leads to the ongoing improvement of our services.
