Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, our client line will be unavailable, including telephone access to care coordinators. This is due to planned technical adjustments on the part of our telecommunications and data service provider.
In this context, on Sunday, February 8, 2026, there may also be short-term outages affecting online appointment booking via the myCANADIAN application.
