Straight to the doctor without waiting at reception

Online check-in at the clinic is similar to checking in for a flight online. Clients thus do not have to register at the reception desk, but simply confirm their presence at the clinic using the myCANADIAN app.

Online Check-in is very easy.

• If you have an appointment scheduled with a doctor, you will receive a notification containing the „Check-in“ button in the myCANADIAN app one hour before your planned visit to the AFI clinic.
• After you arrive at the clinic, all you have to do is click on the button and read the QR code, which you will find on the check-in stand located next to the reception desk.
• Then just have a seat in the waiting room; the doctor will immediately receive a notification about your presence and will attend to you.
