Spring allergies: Don’t Ignore the symptoms and address them early

Spring brings longer days, sunshine, and more time spent outdoors. For many people, however, it also marks the beginning of unpleasant symptoms associated with pollen season. Spring allergies affect up to a quarter of the population, and their prevalence continues to rise. Typical symptoms include a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes—often mistaken for a common cold. Unlike a cold, however, allergic symptoms tend to last longer and recur regularly each year.
