Use it & Lose it is a 6-week healthy weight loss program. Get started by meeting with a Nutritionist to review your current eating and lifestyle habits. Discuss any specific health concerns, the types of changes you would like to make and set a goal to work towards over the next 6 weeks.
The program involves no fasting and does not rely on any supplements. It’s designed to give your body a break from alcohol, high-sugar and processed foods and to help you feel lighter, less bloated, more energized and lose weight.
You will receive a personalized meal plan to follow over the 6 weeks. The meal plan is nutritionally balanced and designed specifically to help you achieving a weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week.
Weekly check-ins with a nutritionist will increase your accountability and help you stay motivated, as you watch your progress and learn weight management strategies. Receive a weekly email with motivational tips, healthy eating advice and simple and delicious recipe ideas.
