We apologise for the diminished availability of our call centre in recent days. This situation is caused by a significantly larger number of incoming calls and is largely influenced by the provision of remote consultations in connection with COVID-19. In non-acute cases, please call between 12-15 hours or use the myCANADIAN application or appointment form at canadian.cz
We are currently intensively training our operators to work with the new system, which will soon substantially simplify the operation of the client line and reduce the length of calls.
We are fully aware of the problems that the diminished availability of the client line may cause you and we thus want to assure you that we are implementing rapid operational measures to rectify this situation and to restore the level of services to which you were accustomed in past months.
